Our fee structure sets us apart – Things like tenant referencing, property inventories, serving notices, tenancy set up, and marketing are all included in our fully managed service. Landlords just pay a management fee and annual deposit protection fee, no hidden extras!

We are Nicci and Jacky Squire, family, friends and business partners. We founded Squire Property Management wanting to provide a first-class property lettings service with a straightforward fee structure and excellent customer service.
